An Affiliate Partner’s commission is paid on “Net Sales,” resulting from Qualifying Orders. A “Qualifying Order” is a bone fide order that a purchaser submits via their Shopping Cart on www.gogrip.com in the session in which he or she is delivered by an Affiliate Partner’s link. As a result of our currently used technology, Commission Junction will place a cookie on the end-user’s computer as he/she is delivered from an Affiliate Partner’s link to the G.R.I.P. Web site, identifying the Affiliate Partner’s Web site as the delivering source when an order is placed in our Shopping Cart. The cookie will expire when the end-user places an order on the G.R.I.P. site or 45 days after it is placed, whichever comes first. However, the cookie will be overwritten if the end-user returns to the G.R.I.P. site from another tracked source. As a bonus to Affiliate Partners, if the end-user returns to the G.R.I.P. site and places an order while the Affiliate Partner’s cookie remains active, the tracking software will treat this as a Qualifying Order. An Affiliate Partner will not receive a commission if the end-user orders by telephone or fax. G.R.I.P. reserves the right to change the technology we employ to calculate commissions owed to our Affiliate Partners.

“Net Sales” means the selling price of G.R.I.P. golf equipment and gift certificates (not counting sales tax, shipping and handling charges, or other separately itemized special charges) specified in a Qualifying Order, less “Deductions.” “Payment Source” means the credit card issuer or other payment means designated by the purchaser in the Qualifying Order. Sometimes the Payment Source will refuse to approve a Qualifying Order for payment because an invalid card number has been given, the order price exceeds the purchaser’s credit limit, or the order appears suspicious. Sometimes merchandise will be out of stock when a Qualifying Order is received so shipment or approval by the Payment Source may be delayed or an order may be canceled. In the case of stolen credit card numbers, the Payment Source that initially approved the order may reverse the charges when the actual credit cardholder refutes the charge.

“Deductions” include: the selling price of G.R.I.P. golf equipment that a customer returns within 30 days after shipment; an order that is not shipped due to cancellation by the customer or G.R.I.P., or disapproval by the Payment Source, or that the Payment Source charges back after shipment; and negative and positive amounts that are necessary to adjust for errors in a Qualifying Order such as duplicate submission or an inaccurate price that G.R.I.P.’s order processors or customer service personnel correct with a customer’s consent or at a customer’s request.

An Affiliate Partner should check their account at least monthly and promptly notify G.R.I.P. if they believe there are errors in the calculation of commissions that are owed or Deductions that we have taken. Affiliate Partners waive the right to contest any underlying calculation 90 days after the payment is made to them. Commission Junction will be the final determiner of the amount that we owe an Affiliate Partner, and that an Affiliate Partner owes us. G.R.I.P. will pay an Affiliate Partner’s commission to Commission Junction, and it will pay the Affiliate Partner in accordance with their Publisher’s Agreement with Commission Junction.
